1. Data controller

2. What TIEMORA is

TIEMORA is a project designed to preserve family memories, stories and relationships for future generations. It is currently in an early beta phase.

3. Data we process

When you sign in with Google, TIEMORA may receive the basic details you authorise: account identifier, name, email address and, where available, profile image. TIEMORA never receives or knows your Google password.

When you build a tree, we process the information you choose to add: names, relationships, dates, biographical notes and photographs. Memories may include titles, text, dates, images, audio or video and technical file details.

If you use the private address book, we process the contact details you choose to store, such as name, relationship, email and optional telephone number. When two people accept a connection, TIEMORA stores their text messages, sending time and read confirmation so the conversation can be shown only in their accounts.

We may also process technical data required for session security, such as access time, IP address, browser information and error or suspicious-activity logs.

4. How data is used

• Create and protect your account.
• Identify you when you return to TIEMORA.
• Store and display your family tree and connected memories.
• Manage invitations, contacts and private conversations you request.
• Prevent unauthorised access, fraud or abuse.
• Answer questions and requests about your account.

The legal basis is performance of the service requested when you create an account, your consent where applicable and our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure.

5. Usage and performance measurement

With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages and their sources. Google receives cookie identifiers, device and visit data; we do not send family trees, memories, contacts or messages. Advertising features are disabled. Cookies and your choice last up to six months. You can decline or withdraw consent through Analytics cookies without losing access to TIEMORA. TIEMORA uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how many visits and page views the website receives and how it performs technically for visitors, including speed metrics and Core Web Vitals.

According to Cloudflare, this service collects the minimum information needed for these metrics, does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual users across websites. TIEMORA uses this information only to improve the website, not for advertising or personal profiling.

6. Providers and disclosures

TIEMORA uses technology providers to deliver the service: Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication and Cloudflare for hosting, protection and aggregate website performance measurement, as well as other infrastructure providers for databases and files.

We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising. It will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required or essential to deliver the service.

7. Retention and transfers

Account data, trees, memories, contacts and messages are kept while the account remains active or while needed to provide the requested feature. Removing a contact closes the connection and hides the conversation, but its history is not deleted automatically in order to protect both people's rights. Following a deletion request, some information may be retained only for periods strictly required for legal duties, security or technical backups.

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, safeguards required by applicable law will be used.

8. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Write to rubenbrionesgomez@gmail.com with your request and the affected account.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

9. Children and family memories

Accounts must be created by people with sufficient legal capacity. Anyone adding information about children, deceased people or other relatives must have sufficient authority or permission and respect privacy, dignity, intellectual property and image rights.

10. Security and technical storage

We apply reasonable access controls, encryption in transit and permission separation. Trees and files are linked to the account identifier that created them, and the session is checked before delivery. Conversations are enabled only between two accounts after an invitation sent to the relevant email has been accepted. TIEMORA currently uses no advertising cookies.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as TIEMORA evolves or its data processing changes. The current version will always be available at this address with its update date.
