A carefully protected space between generations

Terms of use

These terms set the basic rules for using TIEMORA safely and respectfully.

Last updated: 19 September 2026 · If translations differ, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Owner and acceptance

TIEMORA is a project created by Rubén Briones Gómez. Contact us at rubenbrionesgomez@gmail.com. By using the website or creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy policy.

2. Purpose of the project

TIEMORA helps families preserve memories, voices, recipes, customs and stories, connecting them to people in a family tree so they can reach future generations.

3. Beta phase

TIEMORA is at an early stage. The Briones family, its memories and the cover images are fictional. With an account you can create a private tree and preserve real memories and files.

Features may change, pause or expand during development. Do not use TIEMORA as the only place for important information: always keep your own copies.

4. Account and security

You must provide truthful information, keep control of your sign-in method and notify us if you detect unauthorised use. You may not use another person's account or try to bypass security measures.

5. Family content

You retain the rights to memories you contribute. You authorise TIEMORA to host and process them only to provide the features you request.

You may only add your own content or content for which you have sufficient permission. You must respect privacy, image rights, intellectual property and the dignity of everyone mentioned.

6. Prohibited uses

  • Publishing unlawful, threatening or discriminatory content, or content that violates others' rights.
  • Impersonating people or attributing false memories with intent to cause harm.
  • Attempting to access trees, accounts or memories without authorisation.
  • Introducing malicious software, abusively automating the service or interfering with its operation.
  • Using TIEMORA for surveillance, unsolicited advertising or exploitation of other families' data.
  • Sending harassing, fraudulent, bulk or unsolicited messages.

7. Privacy and permissions

TIEMORA is private by default. You may invite another person to a whole tree, one branch or your address book through a personal link sent to their email. Each user is responsible for checking who receives access. Messages are enabled only after the other person accepts the invitation; removing a contact closes the connection for both accounts.

8. Availability and liability

We work to provide a secure and available service, but during beta we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent preservation. Keep independent copies of important memories.

To the extent permitted by law, TIEMORA is not liable for losses caused by use contrary to these terms, access resulting from user negligence or content contributed by third parties.

9. Suspension or deletion

We may limit or suspend accounts that breach these rules, put other people at risk or compromise service security. Users may request deletion of their account and data in accordance with the Privacy policy.

10. Changes and law

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. Spanish and European law applies, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
